How do I invite new users to Chello?
There are two ways to invite new users to your Chello account:
1. If you are the primary applicant, you’ll have the option to add other users as part of the registration and Boost application processes.
2. If you’re on the Chello dashboard, you can also add new users to your account directly from the application. Just follow these steps:
Step 1: Select settings (tool icon) on the top right corner of your screen.
Step 2: Click on the Team Tab.
Step 3: In the top right corner select the plus sign to add a new team member.
Step 4: New members will receive an email invitation to create their Chello username and password, as well as fill in any additional information required.
Please note that if you have an open Boost application, you cannot add new team members. Please contact your Relationship Manager if you have any questions.
