Can I dispute a charge?

You can submit a fraud or dispute directly from Chello by going directly to the transaction and clicking dispute. However, there are a few instances where this option won’t be available.

The transaction is pending

A transaction needs to fully process before you can dispute it. While the transaction is still pending, there’s a chance that the vendor won’t approve it. If this happens, the charge will drop automatically.

It’s been more than 90 days

Transactions that took place over 90 days ago cannot be disputed.
