How can I track my transactions?

If you've sent transaction from your Chello account, you can track the status of your funds on the Transfer Activity tab once your transfer has been processed.

On the business day after your transaction has been processed, go to the Transfer Activity tab. Here you’ll be able to see tracking information you can also share with the receiving institution.
