How do I sign up for Chello?

To sign up for Chello, go to the "Sign Up" button at chello.bank or go directly to https://my.chello.bank/funding-need. 

Choose your role and set up a username, email address, and password for Chello. 

• Role options are “owner” and “authorized person”.  

Fill out the business information. 

• While this information can be edited during the Boost application process by the primary applicant, we recommend ensuring the information you're submitting is accurate on initial registration.

Add and invite additional users to register to use the platform by filling in their name, email address, and phone number. 

Review and submit the information previously provided. 

• At this time, you cannot edit the information for additional users once created. If you accidentally used the wrong email, etc. please let us know or create a new user with the correct information. 

After these steps are completed, you can access the dashboard or continue to apply to Boost.

It is important to note that at this time, you cannot add new users once the Boost application is complete. Please be sure to add all users before completing the Boost application.
