What are the user roles in Chello?

There are two different roles for users in Chello:

A Beneficial Owner - is an individual who owns 25% or more of the Practice. Beneficial Owners that complete this process must also have the same authority as an Authorized person. 

An Authorized Person - is an individual who is authorized by an official resolution of the Practice to: enter into the Boost by Chello Line of Credit Agreement on behalf of the Practice; authorize other practice team members to access its financial information through the Chello platform and establish their level of access and transaction limits; and initiate and approve advances requested under the Boost Line of Credit and other financial transactions.
