How do I change my subscription fee?

Your subscription fee is automatically calculated based on your provider count. Your provider count is captured during the onboarding process. If you link to your healthcare provider, the provider count at that point is automatically calculated based on that data. To verify your provider count, you can check the settings page. If you feel the fee is incorrect, please contact your Relationship Manager.
